This Toolkit includes step by step guidance, case studies, good practice examples, and a range of resources to help businesses to develop an approach to tackle discrimination, in collaboration with workers, producers and other key stakeholders.
It has been developed by Oxfam Business Advisory Service in consultation with Sainsbury’s and Sainsbury’s suppliers as well as industry experts, and in line with internationally recognised labour standards such as the ETI Base Code and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
